Calculators.org a website offering free online math games

Homeschooling is new to our home, something I never thought I would have to do with my kids, and quite frankly, something that I never wanted to do. However, it’s not been so bad, not at all as bad as I imagined it would be, and that is partly down to the access of the vast resources online we have, i.e, websites like Calculators.org.

I dare say that I have actually enjoyed homeschooling with my two youngest, it’s been challenging, especially as my knowledge is not up to the standards needed, but I’ve learnt things with my kids, and I have thoroughly enjoyed experiencing and witnessing my kids knowledge, for example, Jacob is a whizz with Roman numerals, who knew?!

Luckily websites like Calculators.org have been a godsend. What is Calculators.org/games?.. it’s a website designed specially for kids; covering a wide range of math topics like: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. As well as resources to help with counting and number sequencing.

Each game has a star chart to show it’s level of difficultly and a brief description of the game. You simply click on the game you want to do, and it takes you directly to the game. In addition to the math games, there are also puzzles, word search and quizzes - plenty for you and your child to engage in as part of your homeschooling adventure.

The activities and games are engaging as they are visually appealing and the kids find it fun. All of the games are free with no adverts; free from any distraction.
