PJ Masks Mission Control HQ Playset Review

Summer was a very lucky girl to receive a bundle of amazing PJ Masks toys to try out, and honestly, the excitement when the box arrived was unreal.

It was huge. Like, properly what is in this box huge. And as a big PJ Masks fan, Summer was absolutely over the moon.

We were sent this bundle ahead of the PJ Masks Super Moon Twitter party which made it even more exciting. If you have never joined a Twitter party before, they are such good fun and a great way to win toys and prizes. I will share how to join in at the end of the post.

The PJ Masks Mission Control HQ Playset is one of those toys that instantly feels like the centrepiece of playtime.

It comes with a Catboy figure and is designed as a multi level headquarters packed with interactive features.

Playtime Experience

This is one of those toys that really pulls children into imaginative play.

Each level offers something different, which keeps things interesting and gives them lots of ways to play. Summer especially loved the trap door and the rocket launcher which, let’s be honest, got used a lot.

The sound panel is also a really nice touch. Hearing familiar phrases from PJ Masks makes the whole experience feel more immersive.

It quickly became the main toy she kept coming back to, especially when acting out scenes from the show.

The playset feels sturdy and well made, which is exactly what you want for a toy that is going to be played with regularly.

The PJ Masks Super Moon Adventure HQ Rocket is such a fun addition for any child who already loves PJ Masks, especially if they enjoy a bit of space themed play.

This set comes with Gekko and his Space Rover, and straight away it feels like more than just a basic toy. It is designed for proper interactive play.

Playtime Experience

This one has been a big hit.

Summer loves anything she can move around the room, and the handle on the rocket makes it perfect for that. She has been flying it from room to room, creating her own little space missions.

The opening cockpit is a great feature too. Being able to fit multiple characters inside adds more storytelling and makes it feel like a proper adventure setup rather than just a single figure toy.

Gekko’s movable arms and legs also make a difference. He can sit easily in the rover or inside the rocket, which makes play feel a bit more realistic and less fiddly.

This is a 16 piece set, so it feels like you are getting a full collection rather than just a couple of figures, which makes a big difference when it comes to play.
