Five tasty fruits with a range of nutritional benefits (Copy)
Fruit has always been good for us, but alongside the odd apple strudel or strawberries and cream, the general population aren’t eating enough of it. For example, in America, a CDC study revealed that only one in 10 adults meet the federal recommendation for fruit intake, which is for most people to eat 1.5 cups of fruit each day. The same applies in the UK, with the vast majority of people not having their five a day.
Rosemary and Garlic Shoulder of Lamb #HealthyRedMeat
As a parent, I want to make sure that my children are eating a balanced diet, because, eating well is so very important; they need to grow, develop and explore and eating well will help them flourish. No single food contains all the essential nutrients needed, and that’s why we need to make sure our kids are consuming foods from each of the main food groups.
It's easier said than done if you have a fussy eater and providing a balanced diet for your little one can be quite an uphill challenge. But, as long as they eat well most of the time, they will be getting plenty of nutrients and they will also slowly learn healthy eating habits.

Bruschetta With Tomato Salsa and Basil
Fresh, flavorful, and delightfully simple, the sun-kissed Italian cuisine is heaven on a plate.
One of my favourite things to eat is Bruschetta, whenever we go out to eat, if Bruschetta is on the menu I order it. The bruschetta, with its history spanning centuries of Tuscan tradition, may seem like just a slice of garnished bread, it is actually a light, flavorful, enjoyable dish - many would say, the perfect starter.
