Delicious Alchemy Oats Recipes

Today we made some Chocolate Brownie from Gluten & Dairy Free Chocolate Brownie Mix abd also some super tasty oaty cookies using Gluten & Dairy Free / organic porridge oats.

These very simple recipes are fun and easy to do with your kids- in a no time at all you can bake up a nice tasty cake and cookies - all gluten-free.

The Chocolate Brownie Mix is really simple to do. You just need 2 eggs and butter, add both these to the mix, mix well, pour into a tin with greaseproof paper and pop in the oven for 20 minutes.

We added our Brownies with ice cream and it was simply delicious.

The Oaty Cookie Mix made from organic porridge oats was just as straight forward to put together. You just add melted butter and water to the mix, divide the mix into 6 biscuit shapes and pop in the oven for 15 minutes.

Hubby was really impressed with how nice they tasted, and asked me to make more.

I love porridge and organic porridge oats make a nice wholesome and yummy morning breakfast.  But you can do more with them.
