The list of things to blame can be very long when you have put it there! Faced with the vagaries of life and your disappointments, don't always blame others. Own your mistakes.

3. Do not fear

Becoming parents can indeed be scary with all the responsibilities and expectations that come with children. But if you are a good person, with a lot of love in your heart, and a strong will, you have all it takes to be a parent. You are fantastic!

4. Set reasonable goals

We all want to be rock star moms: be there, give all the care required, feed the whole family, support the children in their development and schooling, etc., while being gentle, patient, smiling. To be a happy parent, you have to learn to choose your battles and set reasonable expectations.

1. Random plays

Free, unstructured play allows kids to develop their resilience, their ability to negotiate and solve problems, and self-control. This fun education has the merit of providing future adults with a state of mind capable of fighting stress by promoting refocusing and confidence in their abilities.

Authentic parents do not hide their emotions but learn to verbalize them in front of the children while developing an empathetic listening for their human environment. 4. Teach empathy

Empathy is essential for kids. This involves understanding others, being interested in them, respecting their weaknesses, which makes us feel closer to each other because it strengthens ties and inspires solidarity.

Tips for Cleaner Homes

1. Clean on the go

Instead of always pushing back to the following day, it is important to clean your house as soon as it needs cleaning. Do the dishes after dinner. Empty the trash every morning. Create a cleaning routine to avoid the build-up of dirt and mold.

2. Choose the right household products

Use products proven to be less harmful to the home as well as to the environment. For your tiles, you need a tile cleanerthat is only moderately abrasive to remove stains while preserving the shimmer of the surfaces. Olive oil may also help clean sticky residues on wood and polished steel surfaces.

3. Pay special attention to grouts

Even the most rigorous tile-cleaning procedure can leave the grouts begging for more attention. Equip yourself with up-to-date information on how to clean grout and the best products and techniques. If they are not appropriately, cleaned grouts can host mold, mildew, and bacteria.

4. Create the proper storage

Adapt your storage solution according to the design of the rooms in your home. The storage must be designed for the person who will be using it. For instance, if you are petite, it is ideal to have things in the kitchen within reach.

5. Always clean top to bottom

Caught in the anxiety of the moment, most of us tend to clean within the eye level. That is not a helpful reflex. Cleaning must always be done top to bottom. Otherwise, dirt and dust will fall on places that you have already cleaned. Also, remember to follow the same advice for your floors, so you don't step on cleaner areas.

Happy parenting!
