I've not owned a watch for, well, years. Have I missed wearing one? Yes.  So when I was invited to choose a watch to review from Plus Watches I was super excited.  

Plus Watches have some lovely watches available, from Daniel Wellington, Marc Jacobs, Emporio Armani, Michael Kors and more. It was really hard to choose just one. (In fact, I've put another one on my Santa's wish list).

In the end, I chose the beautiful Skagen Gitte Rose Gold Steel Ladies Mesh Watch. My watch arrived in a beautifully presented Skagen box, along with instructions/warranty booklet. I fell in love even more with the watches when it arrived - I thought it looked nice on the Plus Watches website, but, oh my gosh, wearing on my wrist, it gives a real sense of joy.

I adore the simplicity, thinness, elegance and comfort of this watch. It has a large dial (38mm), with a slim and sleek, mesh bracelet band. The colour of the dial is a pearl colour and the band, and the case is in the rose gold colour steel. It's bezel-less, which is what I prefer.  

The clasps must be clicked into place before the safety clasp is closed, so it gives a good secure lock. And luckily, it fits me perfectly, so no adjustment was needed to the band.

I'm really enjoying owning and wearing a watch again - I definitely missed wearing one. A watch can be worn for all sorts of occasions or simply just because you want to wear one. They are the perfect accessory.
