It's 4 days to Christmas! You are probably as excited as I am... and maybe a little stressed, especially if you've not finished your shopping yet. Nope, me neither!  I've still got a few gifts to get. 

I was invited to visit The Works to find some last minute Christmas presents.  We were sent a £40 gift card and left to our own devices to visit our local The Works shop and to buy some gifts.

I'm a fan of The Works anyhow, I often pop in to buy some books, whether it be cooking books, kids books to novels for me.  I also get all my arts and crafts bits from The Works - they offer a huge range of everything you need for some crafting projects.  Finally, they offer some great gifts, lots of gifts for all ages.

With my £40 I was able to get 3 big rolls of wrapping paper (yep, I haven't even wrapped my presents yet, but with these rolls, I can do that now). At £2 per roll, these are a great price. I then got a bundle of arts and crafts for Jacob's stocking filler. Some funky Glow in The Dark soft Dough. £4 for 5 pots of glow dough - we're going to have some fun with this. 

Finally, I got some gifts, the Christmas sticker box set, A HexBug Warrior set, Jacob loves HexBug, and a Colour Change Fashion Set for Summer - she can colour in her funky new bag. I also got Summer a make your own Fairy Door.  

So if you are like me, will be popping down the high street to get some more last minute gifts tomorrow? or Friday? or even Christmas Eve, then definitely pop into The Works. They have a wide range of great gifts and surprisingly good value.
