Jacob was given the opportunity to design his very own dream pet. Jacob's favourite animal are Pandas.

He knew what he wanted to draw for his dream pet instantly and got to it.  He drew what he called his 'perfect Pet Panda'.  

I explained that we had to scan the drawing and send it off where some lovely people would make his dream pet for him and bring it to life - into a teddy bear. To say he was excited is an understatement. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and nearly every day he kept asking when it was coming.   Eventually, it arrived, and I couldn't wait until he came home from school to show him. I knew he would love it, and he did. 

When he opened the packaging, his whole face lit up and he had the biggest smile. Since then, he takes his Panda to bed and keeps it close by his side every day. It's that extra bit special because he designed his dream pet, it's magical and he just loves it. It's something he will remember for years to come.

This amazing opportunity was given to us by the lovely people from Petplan. We have our two dogs, Poppy and Kiwi. We also have our two cats, Ceefur and Jewel and our bearded dragon, Shadow. Our pets are such a huge part of our family. We don't know what we would do without them, and we love and care for them dearly - they bring us so much joy, laughter and love.
