Aquabeads #aquabeads
Comeround.com invited us to join in their latest campaign, Aquabeads. We were sent a large hamper of Aquabead goodies. Included in the pack was the Aquabeads Complete, along with mini kits and demo samples.
It arrived just before we went on our Center Parcs holiday, so I took the hamper and we had some Aquabeads fun. We went with our friends and one afternoon we got them out got crafting and made some Aquabead creations. (we've made other creations since we've been home too - Summer loves them)
The AquaBeads Complete is the perfect starter set:
- Storage case
- 800 beads in 12 colours
- A sprayer
- A bead pen (which is really handy)
- 4 template sheets
The Aquabeads Complete set is the perfect introduction to Aquabeads. It has all the parts needed to get you started, including some great coloured beads (a mix of solid colours and transparent gems) and accessories - the bead pen really helps you to get started. The case has a tray with dividers which sits on the base, you can organize and keep your beads separated by colours. Also included is some fun and colourful templates, which you slot underneath the tray where you can easily follow as a guide to make your creation.
The bead pen makes it easier to pick up the beads and place them on the tray, it really helps when creating your design and very easy to use. You lightly press the pen bottom over the bead you want, it pops into the bead pen, you then place the pen over the spot on the tray and press the release button and the bead pops out with precision - it helps little hands to create their designs without frustration. Summer was able to use it after a bit of practice and she is only 4.
Once finished you need to spray your creation 4 to 5 times, although, I sprayed a few more times - just in case. Once dried and ready you can peel them off the try and you have your creation. Each time we found they stuck and held well.
Summer is 4 and with the aid of the bead pen she was able to, with a little help. You can follow the templates or make your own designs. You can then add each creations to your collection to share and show your friends and family.
Aquabeads is super fun, it's easy and mess free. It would make a great gift.
