We had our new kitchen fitted two years ago, and at that time we had a silver hood fitted, as that was all there was available, then a few months ago I spotted a black one, didn't realise or even think about getting a black hood previously, but I fell in love with it straight away and wanted to replace my silver hood.
And then MyAppliance.co.uk contacted me and asked me to review one item from their website, and I choose

from out of 100 different models of cooker hoods that are available on their website, with prices starting from as little as £44.99, this hood was exactly what I had wanted, a
Black steel chimney, with LED Illuminated curved glass - costing £98.99.
After having it installed, I can safely say I much prefer my brand new black LED glass hood, to that of the old popular/boring stainless hood, and with the added feature of the blue LED glass, it is simply stunning and sets a rich atmosphere. In addition, the rear halogen bulbs really set the effect off and makes a beautiful setting over the cooker.
There are three different speed settings for the fan, which is not overly noisy, and doesn't sound like a jumbo jet taking off! There are two additional buttons, one to turn the rear lights and LED on and the other turns off the fan.
My final verdict is, it looks AMAZING, I love it, it was more than I imagined and there is not a single negative thing I can think of.
