Review: Plum Baby Little Yums

Plum Baby presents to you the new Little Yums - a wafer made from buckwheat (which is an alternative to wheat flour) with added fruit and veggies. Currently available in two flavours:

  • Spinach, apple & kale
  • Pumpkin & banana

These snacks are stage 1, for 6 months and upwards - A great healthy snack for little ones that are teething. In each box there are 6 packs, and in each pack are 3 individual wafers. The wafers are a nice size and can be used to encourage self-feeding, and offer unique natural flavours which will help your baby explore new tastes.

  • Certified organic, no genetically modified ingredients
  • No artificial flavours, colours or preservatives
  • No added sugar or salt
  • No mess or worry; dissolves in baby's mouth
  • Made with 100% BPA-free packaging
Summer liked these wafers, and she sat quite happily in her chair eating them and sharing them with her teddy. The wafer dissolved easily in Summer's mouth, there was no mess, and I like the fact that they don't break easily, and they don't crumble in her hand - they do however dissolve quickly in her mouth which is good as it avoids choking.

There are three in a pack, but unfortunately she never ate the three wafers at once, so I did have to secure the left over wafers until next snack time.

Little Yums wafers are a great healthy snack for you little ones, and as they are individually packaged into 3 wafers inside, it makes them easily portable, but I do feel 2 wafers would suffice rather than the 3.

Allergy advice: Contains MILK. May contain traces of: gluten (wheat) and soy.

Disclaimer: We were sent 2 boxes of Little Yums for the purpose of this review. All opinions are my own.
