As I continue my journey to slim up and lose a few pounds, I am following the Slimfast 321 plan, as well as exercise (Yoga and 7-minute workouts and some skipping). Which I am enjoying at the moment and feeling positive.
The 3-2-1 Plan is designed to help you stay in control and enjoy your weight loss journey, this sounds like the perfect plan for me. The plan is a balance of 3 snacks a day, 2 meal replacement shakes or bars and 1 600 calorie meal that you cook (recipes are included), and 2 litres of water per day.
Every Monday SlimFast along with a select few blogger ambassadors will be hosting a 20 minute Twitter party the SlimFast Lunch Club, which will be run over the summer.
