There isn't much more frustrating than having to call a service or business for whatever reason. 

I tend to put it off, I know I must call, but I am put off due to past experiences of calling companies.  With an inward groan I take the plunge and start the call, knowing I will get some annoying call options to choose and route my way through to get to the correct department. Then there is the wait - and I have been in a queue waiting to be answered for over an hour a few times before.

Dialling the company numbers can be expensive, especially when you are stuck on hold for ages, or in the queue waiting for your call to be answered. But, there is a better option available out there - it's a website called Contact Number UK.  The Contact Number UK website aim to provide people with a quicker way of getting through to all of the UK’s major companies and organizations, including companies like Sky, HMRC, and TalkTalk etc.

It is very simple to use, you just search the company you need to contact, it will give you a 0843 number, which costs no more than 7p per minute from a BT landline. You dial the number in your phone, and you will get straight through to the company you need to speak to.

As easy as that.
